Core Policies

Exchange Transmissions Core Deposit Rates

Reaction Force LLC charges a core deposit on reman transmissions. Please see the core amounts by model below:
 
1000/2000 $2000.00 USD
3000 Series and B400 $4000.00 USD
4000 Series and B500 $5000.00 USD
4700 / 4800 Series $10,000.00 USD
 
All other transmissions, please contact us for a quote. 
 

Core Deposit Policy – Transmissions

  • Core deposit is fully refundable once complete, “like for like” unit is returned to RF LLC.
  • Buyer pays return freight and is responsible for any loss of item during shipping.
  • Buyer is also responsible for any freight cost that may occur during shipping due to leaking oil, etc.
  • If the unit returned is incomplete or not “like for like” a pro-rated refund will be applied. Cracked external housing will be pro-rated from the core deposit.
  • Any fire damage will be assessed and could result in loss or pro-rate of core deposit.
  • Disassembled units will also be assessed for possible pro-rate of core deposit.

Transmissions Core Return Shipping/Freight Prep

  • Transmissions need to be securely palletized and free of all leaks.
  • Hazmat fees from freight carriers will be assessed to the buyer. 
Torque converter must be secured with either zip ties, wire or brackets. This applies to models in the:
  • All variations of model’s designation 1000 series, 2000 series, 2500 series
  • All variations of model’s designation AT500s
  • All variations of model’s designation MT600s
Transmission Models that do not need Torque converter secured include:
  • All variations of model’s designation 3000 series and 3500 series.
  • All variations of model’s designation 4000 series and 4500 series and 4700/4800 series
  • All variations of model’s designation HT700 series

Parts Core Deposit Criteria  (Excludes Transmissions)

  • Core deposit is fully refundable once complete, “like for like”unit is returned to RF LLC.
  • Buyer pays return shipping and is responsible for any loss of item during shipping.
  • If the unit returned is incomplete or not “like for like” a pro-rated refund will be applied.
  • Core must be in a rebuildable condition.
  • Fire damage and/or catastrophic failure to part may be deemed non-refundable.
  • Disassembled units will also be assessed for possible pro-rate of core deposit.

Parts Core Prep for Shipping (Excludes Transmissions)

  • Small part shipping prep: Small parts need to be returned in secure packaging.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the core is packed securely to avoid damage to core during shipping.
  • Any damage incurred from shipping will be buyer’s responsibility and will be deducted from core deposit. 

Refund Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unless otherwise stated in product description. 

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@reactionforcellc.com and send your item to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address:

  • Buyer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable!
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please note we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All orders will be processed for shipment within 24 hours of order. Domestic and international shipping will be calculated at time of purchase depending on service selected. LOCAL DELIVERY is available! Contact us at shipping@reactionforcellc.com for details, or call (503) 862-6322. All return shipping will be paid by the buyer. Shipping is non-refundable.

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of your control. Reaction Force LLC is not responsible for 3rd party shippers including loss and/or damage. This mainly applies to items being sent in for testing purposes. 

Non-refundable items

Transmissions and service-related items including mobile diagnosis services, bench testing and calibrations are non-refundable.

Warranties

Warranty Statement – Parts

Reaction Force LLC warranties all hard goods for 6 months, unless otherwise stated in product description, for full refund or exchange. Reaction Force LLC does not pay for any additional labor, parts, towing or miscellaneous items. Any damage to the item caused by the buyer and/or shipper will be assessed at time of return for deductions or loss of refund. Reaction Force LLC does not cover any labor performed by entities other than Reaction Force LLC. If you are uncertain the issue is with the item purchased from Reaction Force LLC or the equipment you installed it in, you may send the unit purchased from Reaction Force LLC for free warranty inspection. 

Warranty Statement – Transmissions

  • Reaction Force LLC provides warranty on all transmissions on an individual basis depending on the unit purchased.
  • Allison World Series Reman Transmission Warranty is 2 years unlimited miles from date of purchase, unless otherwise noted in invoice.
  • Allison Legacy Series Reman Transmissions Warranty is 1 year unlimited miles from date of purchase, unless otherwise noted in invoice.
  • Running Take Out Transmission Warranty is 30 days from date of purchase, unless otherwise noted in invoice.
  • Reaction Force LLC does not pay for any additional labor, parts, towing or miscellaneous items.
  • If found to be a warrantable case Reaction Force LLC will only be responsible for up the maximum amount of the item purchased. 
  • Customer must be in good standing and all install documentation was filled out and submitted within 14 days of install.
  • Reaction Force LLC will not pay for any truck downtime and/or rental.
  • Any damage to the item caused by the buyer will be the responsibility or the buyer.
  • Reaction Force LLC does not cover any labor performed by entities other than Reaction Force LLC. If you are uncertain the issue is with the item purchased from Reaction Force LLC or the equipment you installed it in, you may send the unit purchased from Reaction Force LLC for free warranty inspection.
  • Reaction Force LLC warranty is covered and honored by Reaction Force LLC and no other entities. Reaction Force LLC is not associated with Allison Transmission Factory or any of its dealer network.  

IMPORTANT!!! Please call Reaction Force LLC before removing transmission from vehicle. An advisor will most likely send a tech out for inspection to determine next steps.
