Description

How to tell if your Allison 1000 or 2000 Series transmission has a PTO

The 1000 and 2000 Allison transmissions have a PTO cover, whether there is a PTO gear or not.

  1. Call us at (503) 862-6322 with the serial number and we’ll look it up for you
  2. If possible, remove the cover and look inside. If you see a gear, then it has a PTO.
